Cecilia immersed herself in the wine business in 1998 and immediately fell in the love with wine—not only the way wine tasted, but also its living, constantly changing nature. In 2005 Cecilia and her husband Wil created Pedras Wine Company and are the second generation of vintners making wine from their family’s distinctive vineyard.
